Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact us at support@marenbloom.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions by reply.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent — in which case we will cover the return postage cost.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at support@marenbloom.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Maren Bloom products. If after consistent use you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@marenbloom.com and we'll do our best to find a resolution.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
