Check Your Confirmation Email
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Log In to Your Account
If you created an account at checkout, you can log in at any time to view your order status and tracking information.
Expected Delivery
All UK orders are sent with tracked delivery and typically arrive within 2–4 business days of dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Haven't Received Your Order?
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate straight away.
