Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. There is no minimum order value.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracked delivery. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@marenbloom.com and we'll investigate straight away.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours at support@marenbloom.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
